Production Flow of Strip Woven Decorative Mesh
The whole production process of strip woven mesh is based on precise crimping and strip threading technology. Firstly, metal warp wires and flat metal strips of different specifications are processed by professional crimping equipment to form standardized wave-shaped crimps. All warp lines are arranged neatly and fixed through the loom’s heald frame. The up-and-down movement of the heald frame forms weaving gaps for subsequent strip threading.
Flat metal strips and weft wires are alternately penetrated and interlocked through the reserved weaving gaps by automatic equipment or precise manual work. After positioning, the loom shuttle tightly compacts each weaving joint to ensure a tight, gapless and firm overall structure.
