The whole weaving process starts with crimping treatment: professional crimping equipment processes warp and weft metal wires of different specifications to form regular creases. Warp threads are arranged in order and fixed through the loom’s heald frame. The up-and-down movement of the heald frame forms a weaving opening, and weft threads are interlaced and penetrated by manual or automatic equipment.

After the weft is fixed in place, the loom shuttle tightly compacts the weaving joints to ensure overall structural tightness. Then the heald frame adjusts the position repeatedly to form a stable up-down interweaving structure, so as to complete continuous and standardized mesh weaving production.
